Recently, Pope Leo XIII released Magnifica Humanitas (“Magnificent Humanity”), on Safeguarding the Human Person in the Time of Artificial Intelligence.  It is Pope Leo’s first encyclical, addressing human dignity and the ethical challenges posed by artificial intelligence.
